NBRHD was founded by Adam McCoy, a plumber with more than 15 years of experience and a career built in residential maintenance.
From years on the tools to leading one of Canberra’s established maintenance teams, his experience spans every side of the industry — from the work itself to leading a team of more than 20 technicians across real estate, strata and residential portfolios.
The details matter. So do the people. The clients who trust you with their homes and properties, and the team responsible for delivering the work.
That experience — and a belief that there was an opportunity to build something even better — became the foundation for NBRHD.
